CDL bids $768m for Jalan Tembusu site in state land sale, consortium bids $586.6m for Lentor Hills site
CDL was the highest bidder among 8 bidders for the GLS site at Jalan Tembusu.
The renowned developer won the 210,550 square metre site with a bid of $768 million, which translates to $1,302 per sq ft per plot ratio (psf ppr).
CDL’s bid is about 8% higher than the second highest bid at $712.6 million.
