Tembusu Grand is a District 15 new launch condo at Jalan Tembusu. Located in a superb address in the Rest of Core Region (RCR) of Singapore, the 99 years leasehold development lies on the site of the former Tanjong Katong Secondary School.
Tembusu Grand will be jointly developed by the City Developments Limited (CDL) and MCL Land. The land site of Tembusu Grand was acquired through a Government Land Sales (GLS) on 18th January 2022. The launch of the government land site attracted strong interest, with a total of 8 bids submitted. CDL, using its subsidiary CDL Triton Pte. Ltd. to tender for the land, emerged as the winner with the highest bid of $768 million. The land price translates to $1,302 per sq ft per plot ratio (psf ppr).
The development is nestled in a private residential enclave of landed houses, low-rise apartments and residential shophouses with commercial space at the 1st Storey.
